Financing is essential for the marketing of our products and Systemic has options for governments and private businesses in partnership with private banks, governmental banks and credit insurance companies. 

For Brazilian products, we count with financing options from the Brazilian government directly, which allows us to provide low interest rates to our customers. Please find below more details: 

What can we finance?

We can finance a variety of Brazilian products such as buses and trucks, road implements for trucks, agricultural machines and spare parts, provided that the products have a minimum index of local production to meet the necessary criteria.

What are the conditions?

180-day grace period, semiannual installments for a 5-year period (negotiable) and competitive interest rates at international levels.

Who participates in the operation?

– Systemic Comercial Exportadora Ltda.: Company exporting Brazilian products.

– Importing customer: foreign customer that purchases the products from Systemic.

– Local Bank Abroad: The local bank will be responsible for reviewing and granting credit to the importer via a deferred payment letter of credit. 

– Brazilian Government Bank: responsible for the analysis of the operation, the certification and the sending of resources to the exporter after sending the products to the importer. He can also advise and appoint the local bank for letters of credit.

How does it work?

1 – Systemic negotiates the sale with the importing customer.

2 – The local bank abroad approves the import credit to the customer.

3 – Operation is approved by the Brazilian Government Bank.

4 – The local bank issues the letter of credit to the Brazilian Government Bank, including the financing conditions. 

5 – The Brazilian Government Bank forwards the letter of credit allowing the products to be exported.

6 – Systemic exports the products to the importing customer.

7 – The Brazilian Government Bank disburses the value of the products to Systemic.
